Good Manufacturing Practices

Saval’s products are manufactured in and distributed from the present Production Plant located in the north of Santiago, in an area of 25,000 m².

To obtain a medication of SAVAL quality involves rigorous planning and the joint effort of every member of a company whose productive processes comply with the "Current Good Manufacturing Practice" (cGMP) requirements, an international requirement whose goal is to achieve excellence as a quality standard in drug manufacturing.

The use of computer programs such as Manufacturing Resource Planning (SAP / R3) ensures optimal resource utilization, while maintaining the highest precision and quality standards.

The Quality Assurance Division has always been an integral part of the Plant operations. Hence, SAVAL Pharmaceuticals have signed product manufacturing agreements with several well-known international companies.

In our plant, several pharmaceutical forms – tablets, capsules, liquids, injections, ophthalmic and dermatologic products – are developed and produced for the majority of countries in Latin America. The professionals in charge of production are constantly applying new techniques to ensure the quality of the products.
